PinShot ("we", "us", "our") is a self-service golf booking platform that helps foreign visitors book tee times at golf courses in Japan. We act as a booking agent on behalf of users, not as a travel agency.

- Booking preferences (course, date, player count, transport)

- To process and confirm your golf booking
- To send booking confirmation and status emails

We retain booking records for up to 3 years for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months).
